Civil Society emphasizes the paramount importance of civilian safety and urges the Federal Government and Hirshabelle State to prioritize their well-being by integrating robust protection and support measures into military strategies, including those for civilians in Al-Shabaab-controlled areas, to avert a humanitarian crisis.
